You have identified the many interesting parallels between the is Batman episode and the Terminator franchise. Did you think it was a spoof, or an homage, or a simple ripoff?

(And presumably, you were the one who inserted at the end a frame of Cameron dead in the chair from the end of Born to Run. lol) Do you find this valuable?
