As I’ve stated to several people, this is going to be an extremely dark fan fic and a very unique look at John Connor along with several other characters. And again I’d like to thank Kaotic and Orsino for helping me with this. " SPOILERS Ooo. That is dark indeed. The chapter mentioned an earlier conversation between John and Derek. And yet, we read many of John's thoughts during this second conversation as if it were the first time these basic questions are brought up between them. I am wondering if the terminated infiltrated terminator was really John Henry because there would have been plenty of time for Weaver to guide and hide him. No reason for him to be caught in the open like that. Also, John obviously assumes Cameron is still on her chip. I am wondering if I should think so too, or should I think she might still be on the Zeira Corp mainframe back in 2009. Generally, very well written high quality work. Looking forward to the rest. Not as dark as 1 and 2, despite the coitus interruptus. Almost R-rated. The detailed description of Savannah's (I assume it was a saucy Ali Larter playing a jaunty Savannah) and Bedell's attire kinda slowed the exposition. In contrast, we didn't get to find out what Derek and Jesse were wearing until they started to take it off. (lol) Looking forward to the next installment. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

That gives me the idea that Bedell will not recognize or remember John Connor. If so, then the purpose of Chapter 3 would be to build up hope in us readers that Bedell will somehow lift John up and out of his current predicament, only to be dashed against the rocks of a hard reality. Of course, if Bedell does not recognize John, Kyle and Derek will think John was lying and assume the worst about him, and he will be treated quite poorly. Emo John, the hero we love to hate." lol...Actually I got ahead of myself chapter 4 gets us back to the dark roots. 3 was more of a bridge showing us Bedell's arrival, that Derek and Jesse are still together (but not really at the same time). I was a little disappointed that Sarah had not taught John better how to be watchful and how to fight. But I guess he was in turmoil emotionally, so that's an excuse. We now have a complete description of Savannah's attire twice. I wonder if she will ever change her clothes -- I am sure we will be informed of every detail. So far we have Derek making out with Jesse who is married to someone else (Bedell?). And we have Allison hooking up with Bedell. Hmm, starting to get a taste of Desperate Housewives. lol How is it that such a fine piece of womanhood as Savannah is still unattached? Or maybe not? The transition from Savannah & John to Martin & Allison was a little confusing to me. I had to read it twice to understand what was going on. But maybe I'm just slow. [edit add] So far this story has been a great outlet for me to vent all the accumulated disgust I have had with emo-John in TSCC. And he is getting his logical just desserts. It's only been like an hour since we last saw Savannah so I doubt people have that many clothes in the future (I described it twice so that people would be sure to know that Savannah was Bedell's pilot and didn't just happen to be wandering the hallways).
