OT: Look for me on Running Wilde tonight

For those of you who don't know, awhile back I was an extra on the Fox comedy. The Medieval themed episode is tonight at 9:30 ET, so set your DVRs and look for me in the crowd shots. Now I can't promise that I will actually be seen, because I don't know what shots they are going to use, etc. I'll post tomorrow about whether I was in or not, and where to find me. But who knows, maybe you'll see Buckethead on the TV screen tomorrow. Do you find this valuable?

Would your face be visible? I still don't know what you look like!

You've seen all my videos, so you pretty much know what I look like. I was wearing my full getup at the shoot, including the helmet with the faceplate closed. So assuming they use shots where I'm in the frame, you should be able to notice me. Do you find this valuable?

Congratulations!

About the watching thing ... Well, I live in the wrong side of Atlantic Ocean. So, if this episode will become available on T thing, I'm glad to watch it.

I have seen all your videos but I have not pieced together what your face looks like. I would not recognize you if I bumped into you at a con.

Tonight's appearance would be much more interesting to me if you were to be shown without headgear. Ah well, maybe some other time.

I watched but I didn't see you. Did I miss it? or did they cut the scene?

Gosh, what a weird show. I could not understand the relationship between the woman and the Wilde guy. She's living in his house with her daughter, but they are not married. What is she doing?

I tuned in early and I caught the tail end of Raising Hope. Surprise surprise -- I saw John Henry! I mean, Garret Dillahunt. So this is where he jumped to. Is Cameron still with him? lol

Well, I also recorded the show, so if you say you were in it, I will watch it again more carefully.

[edit add] Was this filmed in California?

I posted a blog about it on my website.

@ showing my face in the videos. I doubt I'd ever do that for a few reasons, one of which is that it would spoil the fun. I have to admit that I enjoy all this mystery. However, there is the Buckethead movie to consider. That's the character's origin story, showing how he went from unsuccessful superhero to knight and youtube critic. Though I wrote the first drafts thinking that my face would never be shown, I honestly don't know if that can be pulled off for a whole movie. Technically or artistically it might not work. Then again one of the things I love about V for Vendetta is that for once you actually don't see the hero without the mask.

Thanks for the blog comment. It had a lot more info than would go into a post here.

So far as the Buckethead movie is concerned, have you thought about doing some of it from a first person camera point of view? I don't know if you have the scenes set up that way in the script, but I remember in Cloverfield we didn't get to see much of the nominal cameraman, "Hud."

Not through the whole movie, but certain shots.
