PROTEST to name change vote!

~ Not Voting as of yet, I protest ~First off, the show was cancelled, however there still is a slim chance for it's return, for the law suits are not resolved as of yet . . There has been talk and promises of a DVD movie to finish up the show. And the DVD was just released now! which means the show is not DEAD to us as of yet; we have lots of material and new extras to talk about, not to mention all of the great fanfic being posted out there! Changing the name of the site and saying goodbye to TSCC by Oct 1st this year . . . is too soon!!!!!! The reason all of us are here in the first place, is for the show and "the memory of the show," since it has made such a major impact on all of our lives! 21 out of 23 found this valuable. Do you?

Agreed.What will we be if we join the legions of other generic Terminator sites on the web? We started as a TSCC wiki. We should remain a TSCC wiki. Who says we must conform to McG's hack vision?* *Okay, so Marcus was good. But aside from him... Edit: @Godfather: So remove the FOX part. 8 out of 8 found this valuable. Do you? |

"The name of the wiki doesn't have FOX in it, only the url. Ergo, the name doesn't have to change when we shed FOX from the url. ... And yeah, my "posse" (didn't know I had one - show yourselves!) and I endorse this cause. (Though "we'll" un-endorse the cause it if that would increase its chances of success... :P) Anyway... My vote is, and has always been, for keeping "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" as our name wiki name. 10 out of 10 found this valuable. Do you? |

If Sarah Connor was here, she'd stab a syringe into the eye of anybody who voted to eject her name from the wiki's title.Don't think she wouldn't do it. She's got a l33t stabbing hand and she sees three dots in her breakfast cereal. This is one woman you *don't* want to cross, whether it be by removing her name from the wiki or building death-robots in your garage. 12 out of 13 found this valuable. Do you? |

The name must have" Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles" in it , but , FOX must go !! ( unless they bring the show back )If TSCC comes back on direct to DVD , that is fine.........the same happened with Futurama ( cancelled , then direct to DVD movies ) 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

I don't understand why the name needs to change (the name, not the URL) and I certainly don't understand why it needs to be a general Terminator wiki.Screw that. This is a Sarah Connor Chronicles wiki. The Show. That's it. Let's keep it that way. If it becomes anything other than that, I'm out of here. 13 out of 19 found this valuable. Do you? |

My point in this thread was not to start a war ~ but to bring to the mods attention that some oppose the sudden voting with poor choice in name selections . . forcing our hand away from the show. This wiki can still remain TSCC with the banner at the top a TSCC picture and name ~ just remove fox. This wiki will no longer be the same if it molds itself after the movies. It's dedicated to the "memory of the show." 6 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you? |
