And kaotic.. I follow and unfollow people all the time, it's not personal. I just get too lazy to read all the tweets. Do you find this valuable?

I've been following him for some two weeks already, he didn't tweet almost anything for a while, but he started to tweet about a week ago. Do you find this valuable?
