You can sympathise with Jesse once you've seen the whole of season 2, and are privvy to some of her history. Still.........sympathy and forgiveness are two entirely different things. She thought she was doing the right thing for humanity, and she had the balls to go with her convictions. The problem is that she was screwing with the head of the future saviour of mankind before he became that saviour, the danger was always there that he may not have become the same saviour guy, because of her meddling.

I understood that he was loosing some support from his troops. People didn't like him using metal in the bases.

People like Deetz(sp) who's 2 brain cells didn't trust the 'box' scenario, thought it might be a bomb so decided to open it............smart idea.

Jesse even said that he wasn't talking to anyone except metal, although Jesse was not one of the inner circle so how she new who JC was talking to is anyones guess.
