How about a group purchase?

I think a good way to send a message to the powers-that-be would be to organize a group purchase of the DVD/Blue Ray, in a similar fashion to the way the Billboard Campaign was managed. If we can get thousands of people to purchase the DVD as a unified statement, think of the publicity we could get for our new season campaigns.

Something could probably be done through Amazon or another e-tailer to provide the back end purchasing/shipping details.

I will be buying the DVD set and would be glad to buy it through a campaign effort rather than directly from Amazon.

Anyone Wikiwise care for this idea enough to organize it? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I would be interested in helping getting this organized as well. We can get it posted on gotogroupbuy.com, which is a site dedicated to stuff like this. Do you find this valuable?

I don't think buying the DVD/Blu-Ray at the same time will matter all that much. But, what will matter is that everyone buy their DVD/Blu-rays early.. As in, soon as it's released and the few weeks following. The first few weeks of its release is CRUCIAL. You must buy them then! Do you find this valuable?

It's not buying at the same time that makes the statement. It's the statement associated with the buy that makes the statement: "We are buying this all together as to show support for new TSCC content in some form." It's like when you sign a petition - everyone can send their own individual letter, but getting thousands of signatures together shows that many people are thinking alike. Do you find this valuable?
