"Unfortunately it is for U.S users only, HOWEVER - with the use of a proxy it has been reported that non-U.S users can watch the shows. Just make sure you use a U.S Proxy. Along with the voting and writing a review, you need to watch the episodes ALL THE WAY though, you don't even need to rewatch them if you don't want too, just allow the show to run like normal. Do it in the background, leave all the episodes running while you're a sleep."
