Reunion now has a Soundtrack

I've just finish creating a soundtrack for my story Reunion. It combines music from the OST Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles plus a few extra songs and the themes from The Terminator, Terminator 2 and one from Terminator 3. After my initial announcement, I have continued to add songs and change the order slightly. I think the order and song list is complete now. EDIT: Wow, is this dated. My playlists have gone on to included songs from the T4 soundtrack as well as music from many different artists. I hope when you take the time to listen, you'll pay attention to the lyrics of certain songs. They help tell the story too. Do you find this valuable?

Neat idea. I've been toying with the idea of doing this on my fan fic as well. Youtube.com has the entire TSCC soundtrack and not 30 second clips if you're interested in posting the entire song on your page as well.

"To Enigma6482 You can click on a button in the top tight corner of the imeem player to open the player in another window. When I do that it plays the full length of the songs. Does that not happen for you? Do you find this valuable? |

I have modified the Soundtrack. I have divided it into three portions to match my story. I know the other sections haven't been posted yet, but I have notes and partial rough drafts of all chapters, so I know what songs would work. Let me know what you think of my song selection.

I've modified the play list slightly for the soundtrack for Part 2. I relocated one song, swapped two others, and added another. The changes occur as I write and edit my story. There are still a couple of songs I'm holding out as they could reveal a surprise. I am also considering two other songs, it depends on how writing goes on current chapter.

I have been having some problems getting my playlists to play on imeem. I typically can't get any song to play beyond the first on the list without having to refresh the page and select the song I want to hear. I've had this problem for over a month. I'm not the only imeem user who is having this problem. If you have any difficulty, then please let imeem know so they can take care of the problem. Apparently the problem happens regardless of browser or version of flash player, but it doesn't effect everyone.

The adblocking software, that I forgot I had, suddenly decided to block imeem from playing. Don't know why unless imeem made some subtle changes that suddenly caused it to get flagged, but I can now listen to my music! Do you find this valuable? |

This sucks! MySpace in the process of merging Imeem into their MyMusic portion of their service. So as of this week, 12-08-2009, none of my playlists are accessible, by or by you. That means no music to listen to while reading, and the links to all of my playlists presently don't work. I'm still going to insert the cues to music in hopes that they will get things straightened out soon. Do you find this valuable? |

My unofficial soundtrack is no more!Without any announcement, MySpace has taken over Imeem on December 8, 2009. I refuse to be a part of that website. I joined Imeem strictly for the music and to create playlists to accompany my story. There will be no more music until I find another online music resource similar to Imeem. Even though my playlists came to an end with the demise of Imeem, I am carrying on with the formation of my playlist for part 3 of Reunion. I am selecting my songs from a wider base and I am contemplating some songs from Battlestar Galactica, Firefly and Serenity. I didn't have these soundtracks when selecting songs for the first two parts. Selecting specific songs for certain scenes is slightly more difficult due to the change of storytelling format for this story which is slightly more fragmented with characters doing different things at different times or in different places. So either the songs will have to be shorter or else you will only be able to listen to a portion of each song.

GOOD NEWS!I've recreated two of my playlists on Grooveshark: the playlist for Reunion Part 1 The Shadow of Death and Disc 1 of Reunion Part 2 Armageddon. I've had to make a few song substitutions on the second as some of the songs weren't available on Grooveshark. However, I won't be changing the list of songs anytime soon. Some of the substitutions come from the soundtrack for the movie Serenity. As time progresses, I hope to complete the remaining two playlists with as few substitutions as possible. Do you find this valuable? |

I finished recreating the play list for Reunion part 2. I have created a link to it on the Reunion page.Like the first half of the play list for Part 2, i had to substitute some songs due to their absence on Grooveshark. I prefer the original play list I came up with so i won't be changing the list on the page should you have access to those songs. In the coming days I hope to create the playlist for the final and third part of my story. Do you find this valuable? |

I have completed the playlist for Reunion part 3 on Grooveshark.I had to make a few substitutes, so some of the songs will be different than what is in the list of songs for part 3. I hope you will enjoy it just the same. The substitutes were made simply due to the absence of the songs required or the failure to play of the songs they had. Do you find this valuable? |
