Levin was awesome!

Yes, even though Riley was pretty much hated by every fan (she was rather annoying at times) I thought Levin did a GREAT job playing her :) She is really a talented actress and I, personally, look forward to see what other projects she has coming in the future :) (the fight scene with Jesse was awesome, i thought....i think she could do really well in an action series of her own!) Her last episode was amazing. To be honest Riley getting killed surprised me.I always thought Riley was going to somehow end up being saved from Jesse by John and that she would either leave the series or become a more distant character like Charlie. e.g. Making a new start for herself in the present. Such a shame Riley went out like she did. What a life that poor character had. Leven put in a stunning performance well beyond her young years. Yeah would be interesting to find out.As I said in another thread I just hope to god that Leven's opportunity in this Series wasn't cut short by short sighted and at times spiteful negativity from fans of a show that she was actually adding depth to. That would be really unfair for someone who seems to have been so committed to the TSCC cause 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

I posted on Levin's blog that she made on the FOX SCC website when she said her goodbyes, that I didn't care much for her when she first came to the show. But I have to admit she kind of grew on you and did add some needed drama to the show. If they hadn't killed Riley off I think there would've been room for even more story but there is going to be plenty once John finds out who really killed Riley.Final word, Levin you did a great job performing and are a very talented actress. I look forward to seeing you again in another show or even a movie. Take care of yourself and all the best to you. I agree, Leven did her job on the show very well. It's just a shame for her that her character was so universally disliked, including by me.Let's keep something in mind, though. Tom said one female character would die. But Garrett said that the death of a major character at the end wouldn't necessarily even be the most SHOCKING death. And I think someone, I forget who, also said that there may be more than ONE death in the back nine. So Riley's death doesn't necessarily spare Cameron. We won't know for sure about that until the last episode (unless it happens sooner, of course, which is very doubtful. Josh would leave Cameron's "death" to the last episode, just like he did in season one - although that was forced on him by the writers strike.) Not that I think Cameron WILL "die" in the sense of being thermited or having her chip destroyed - but I think Cameron WILL be "out of it" at some point by season's end, and nobody will know if she's supposed to come back somehow, even if we all assume she will in a hypothetical season 3. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. She was handled dreadfully as a character but Levin did well with the little she was given, she went out in a bad way though.
