T1000 physiology

A lot of threads discuss the notion that T1000's can go rogue and become independent of skynet. I had a few questions about the T1000 model:

1. How do they power themselves? I ask because it doesn't seem like they have the traditional power cell unit seen in other terminators inside their body. They are more fluid-like.

2. How many T1000s exist? We know of the one in T2 and CW, but in the future are there more?

3. I also don't think skynet would make T1000s (even in desperation) if they could not control them. Do you think we will be introduced to new weapons from the future to destroy T1000s? We briefly saw that crazy weapon Sarah used in the bank on Cromartie.

4. Why do some T1000's go rogue? I understand they can learn/adapt based on their experiences with people as we see how disciplined the T1000 from T2 was, but can’t skynet make the T1000 read-only and just utilize its physical features? Imagine if Cromartie or a basic terminator had CW's physical abilities.

man i was wondering how they power themselves the other day I was thinking it might be a short life span they have, and maybe weaver is on some kind of bladerunner mission, she just wants to live more than 4 years. i dunno just some wild thoughts.

i really hope TSCC writers go in depth about the T1000, it would be nice to have a detailed story of its origins. and i am sure it would'nt hurt ratings.

I am curious about comments we have heard about the liquid metal terminators as well, the comments that I can not account for seeing in the movies is that they can go rogue, that they may evolve to a state of caring about its own consciousness that they can deviate from base programming and that Skynet knew this. I know the one it T2 was cabled a prototype.
Were these T's theorized about in books? or in commentary tracks?

Hmm how do they power themselves, I guess they are like a battery, or perhaps got a osmotic system going on. Do you find this valuable?

Best question is "How to Kill Them?"

A Good Terminator is a Dead(disfunctional)One!

Cameron is excluded.

T2 showed how.

Freeze, break. Tupperware the pieces, toss in a freezer to keep fresh until you are ready to take a tour of the local steel mill.

T3 Showed: Mega magnets. I know from watching myth Busters that you can get some super sick magnets in a small package about the size of a fist (so strong, you have to have a license!)
Holy Cow! Cold, heat, and magnetism. I sure you guys can come up with a million ways to disrupt their shape shifting abilities.
