Can anyone still remember the Terminator Video Games
Do you think there should be a TSCC game for next gen consoles?

Consoles are shit, if they make a video game TSCC isn't the best option, what are they going to do? Have John act like a wuss and ignore cameron or pickup $20 hoochies at school :P

I'd play a T4 game on PC though.

A Salvation game is coming out along with the movie. I like the idea of a TSCC video game, but it wouldn't work. Do you find this valuable?

A TSCC centric game wouldn't work, but a game set in the TSCC universe might. It would have to be separate from the main plotline, sort of like LOST: Via Domus. You would play a role (Resistance fighter or Terminator) and would have a mission which would take place in the future and the past. It would have to be carefully done though, cos' so far most Terminator games have sucked. Do you find this valuable?

I remember the two player T2 side scrolling shooter one for sega. The truck level was impossible to beat!!! I had to use cheats to get past it.

There was another one too, you start out as Arnie at the bar. I played it briefly, wasn't really that fun.

There was a pinball machine too.

The stuff on the Genesis from the early 90's was okay. However side-scrolling 2D is kind of out. The only way to do a game like this would be to have the player interact with the cast without actually controlling any of them. In that context it would be as limited as the devs imagination, but because it's all digital you'd want a dev that can imagine A LOT.

It was like the future truck level (level 2?) - but much, much harder and less forgiving. Let the chopper touch the van once and you lost a credit.
