Babylon Project

I've listened to what everyone has said, the posts about Cameron are intriguing and many people bring up some good points abot her lying and such. If we get down to it, I don't think that is that big of a deal. I really feel like the writer (the show) is pulling away from the chemistry that is SUPPOSE to be there between John and Cameron.

Rumors: I've heard from several close series followers that in the future John falls in love with a cyborg (maye Cameron) and produces the first Cyborg/Human child. I don't know how this is possible but it would make sense that it could be "Cameron".

Rumors: I've also heard that there is a clan/group of Terminators that do want peace between the humans and terminators. If history serves us Right the Babylonians tried something like this. They tried to unify with their enemies, support them even. I don't know how accurate this is, but it just an idea that the Babylon Project is really a way to create human/cyborgs.

Rumors: I have also heard rumors that the Babylon Project is a group of terminators/humans that help create the first "Perfect Being" which is a combination of a terminator/human.

Fact: John doesn't die in Salvation.

Babylon Project is intriguing. It's gonna be a fine line that the committee of writers have to tread, to avoid mirroring plots from Science Fiction books that have covered this territory already. I'm hoping for originality, but place little faith in committees. Do you find this valuable?

I also heard a rumor that john is going to paint his face blue and lead the resistance by having lightning bolts shoot out of his arse. (apologies to braveheart)

i.e. beware of wild rumors that make NO sense.

I read that Josh spend 4 hours a day googling. This comes from asking the "why" question, every time you find an answer.
For example, what was the significance to the story for waterboy to ask "I want to speak to Manny". Yes it was funny, but that is not why it was there. The answer is in the next scene "thank you".
Why was the project named Babylon?....may be due to these two points....
Babylon means Gate Of God.
The first known "law" comes from Babylon...an eye for an eye.

Writers are messing with our heads. I felt like an idiot thinking like Skynet...looking at things as they seem, not as they are and making assumptions on my preconcived notions. The body and soul are seperate entities in the future. So in Salvation, maybe only his body dies.
