"She has not turned "bad". Just PO'd. Each frame in the promo are probably unrelated. TV series have a way of packaging a promo to have a particular look and feel.

Seeing Cameron toss the car convinces me she is on a rampage (read "revenge") to seek out the people who tried to Terminate her. Remember, she has been showing signs of human emotions. Maybe "revenge" is the emotion of the moment for Season 2. Sarah and John will have their hands full trying to stop Cameron and not draw attention to themselves. That is the last thing they want - a rogue Terminator running around.

Cameron's mission is to protect John Connor, sent by future John Connor.

TSCC (and T4) would be a wasted effort, not to mention the entire Terminator franchise, if Cameron killed John Connor, or was programmed to kill John. I personally would become disillusioned with the entire franchise.

Judgment Day will definitely happen - whether John Connor is dead or alive, but we know he is alive in 2027 since that is when he sent Cameron back in time to 1997.

The making of a 4th Terminator movie set after Judgment Day also confirms this."
