oh and they dont need our names, even if the show is canned it will end up on at least DVD but TV shows in HD are not common because there isnt a big market yet so if they do make it on blu-ray its going to need to be a very popular show first... 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

This is the year it's going to start picking up since blu-ray won the format war.
So lets think positive. And sign you name for this petition.

Well encoded H.264 (or MPEG-4 HP) can look as good or better than VC-1. It handles natural film grain better and it doesn't color band as easily with 8 bit video, as long as you leave off the high frequency filter and don't throttle the bitrate.

Disney used H.264 for Ratatouille, Cars, and the PIXAR shorts on Blu-ray, plus 24 bit PCM audio, and they were damn near perfect transfers and encodes.

On with the petition!

And all of these movies are a excillent show case of both blu-ray and HD-TV visual and sound power!
Go to a best buy or blockbuster to check it out for yourself ;)

We know! =)

In my best Bart Simpson voice [clears throat]: Don't have a cow, dude!

That might be best to do it on the petition website. I don't know how "official" the execs. want it, but it can't hurt to try. That's all we can do.

Breathe, Kaleb, breathe!

Hey everyone I'm still working on a petition.
As of right now just start listing your name for a petition.

What do you all think would be nice to have on a blu-ray box-set?

I'm sending my HD-DVD player to my dad so it can rest atop his Betamax. Looks like poor format choices may have a genetic root cause . . . Do you find this valuable?

I do have to say I'm very sorry you had to invest so much money for nothing. I mourn your problems.

Reminds me of those people who bought those laser disc players. They even put Star Wars on that formatt. I'm sure George Lucas was pissed when the format did do so well. Which would explain why we haven't seen his Star Wars movie in any of the new formats.

Hopfully now he will put it on Blu-Ray.

By the way if your considering a Blu-Ray player. I suggest a PS3 because not only do you get movie player you get a video game counsel, music player, video player, Internet and you don't have to pay any money to play against people online.

Hope you don't hate us Blu-Ray people. Just trying to help you out as much as I can.

Submitt your name on this petition and Share your comment on what you feel would be cool to have on the Blu-Ray box set.
