The usual suspects:
1. FHM staff photographer
2. Contract professional photographer, like Tyler Shields or Joan Allen
3. The luckiest paparazzi in the whole world
4. Cooper
5. Summer herself using a tripod and a self timer.

I'm going to guess number 2, the contract pro. I imagine they will give a picture credit when the magazine comes out next month. Do you find this valuable?

I am quite ignorant about photoshopping and the effect on images.

Are there any obvious artifacts in this image from photoshopping that you could point out to us tyros? Do you find this valuable?
