Veran's Fan Fiction

The title pretty much sums it up; this is a page for music chosen by me for my fan fics, the idea being inspired by LuckiiBeckii and Akuji respectively. I also include themes for each character that I listen to whilst writing from their point of view in my fan fics.

Character Themes
John Connor - the future leader of mankind.

John often has to come to terms with his feelings for Cameron in my stories, and this theme creates a picture of him in reflection.

Cameron Phillips - self-aware Terminator.

I chose this one for Cameron because I feel it really highlights her struggle with her growing humanity in my stories.

Jason Corvain - rogue I-950 Infiltrator.

I always try to write Jason as either an anti-hero or an anti-villain, and 'Dark Unions' creates the right atmosphere for him.

Sarah Connor - mother of destiny.

Sarah usually has a smaller role in my stories, but she's no less important and this theme reminds me of her protecting John.

Derek Reese - Resistance fighter.

Like Sarah, Derek usually has a backseat role in my stories. That said, he does represent the main voice against Cameron.

Martin 'Marty' Bedell - an 8 year-old protectee.

Added upon a whim, Marty had a bullseye painted on his back ever since the first chapter of Revolution, but he was a comic relief.

Nathan - an unstable Series 999 Terminator.

Nathan being creepy and somewhat sadistic, I always intended for this individual to have a violent end, hence the death theme.

Sophie Young - a mysterious I-950.

Sophie at first appears to be an innocent and trustworthy person, but she has an agenda of her own, and Jason suspects as much.

Cipher - a quirky and outdated T-700.

I'm honestly not quite sure how I linked Cipher with this theme. I think it has something to do with his quirkiness and simplicity.

Kevin - a psychotic T0K-792 Terminator.

Kevin was by-and-by a complete and utter psychopath with no ounce of remorse and a predatory mind. Hence the eerie theme.

Ethan - the merged personality of Jason & Kevin.

Jason took over Kevin's body and purged his mind, but aspects of Kevin's personality tainted him, resulting in the birth of Ethan.

Skynet - the apocalyptic AI.

Skynet is the big bad of every fan fic story, so it deserves a rather epic and menacing theme.

Please don't beat me up for jumping on the band wagon, but it seemed like such a good idea.

I've made a page for my fan fic soundtrack, i.e. music I listen to whilst writing my stories.
