I found this article today. A stub was posted on IMDB.com
It seems like the film will get the Deluxe treatment in the Blue Ray format.
Retail disk case artwork is included at the article. It looks good.

Man I'm not gonna support this DVD! I loved the movie, but Mc G promised the fans a 30 to 40 minute longer version and now that's not happening!! What kind of BS is that? Now all of a sudden the Blu Ray is the R rated so called "Directors Cut" which is 3 minutes longer and the disc contains some bonus material, while the DVD has been stripped from everything and only contains the theatrical version??? I spent 30 bucks on this movie so far watching it 3 times in the theater and I've been looking forward to Mc G's promised 30-40 minute longer version just to find out us Terminator fans are being screwed one more time this year!! And I've also seen that Target has the exclusive R rated version on DVD, but that cost's $24.99 when the Blu Ray only cost's $19.99, again, WTF is that?? 2009 will be the year that is Terminator fans will remember as the year they got screwed! First our show was canceled and then we got cheated by the film studios on the TS DVD release!!
