1. Challenge

Cameron and John are caught talking in class by Mr. Ferguson again on the first day of school in 1999. Mr. Ferguson is a dick and wants to make an example of them and makes them stay after school for detention. Describe the detention in first person from either John's or Cameron's POV. One post limit.
My entry:I am still in the classroom with Cameron doing our extra work. Thanks to Mr Ferguson. I love him. I couldn't help but watching always again into her direction and I think that she is also secretly watching sometimes.

Is it possible? A girl interested in me? I have never had luck with them. Ok there was Kate Brewster but she was just a stupid little girl interested in the bad boy of school which I was at that time. Luckily a killing machine came just in time to release me. And now the perfect girl immediately interested in the new weird kid at school?

After some time I break the silence: "How is it going"?

She says: "Almost done" and gives me a perfect charming smile.

We talk about meeting at the weekend, if my mother allows. I say:

"She is always afraid of me and a bit paranoid. She does not even allow me to hack on my laptop. She hates machines. I love them and I love hacking".

She says with a little bit strange smile: "Thats good. Thats perfect".

I hope my mother one day gets off her crazyness. Skynet is dead since years. No more killing machines around. And now a girl. Perfect.

2. Challenge.

Setting: Post BtR

John has jumped into the future in order to recue Cameron. The rest is up to you guys, with only ONE stipulation........there must be a 'love triangle' between John, Cameron, and Allison.

There is plenty of scope for Crackfic, Jameron. Jamdeath, or even Jalleron.

Darkness lays thick in the silent half broken tunnels of post apocalyptic LA - a city of death, Skynet's city. A boy drags a half dead girl through the broken walls. She hardly can stand on her feet. The horror of month of torture is written in deep scares in her face.

They are on the run - John Connor and Allison Young. They never choose to be together but in another future a different John Connor initiated events in his deadly game of chess with Skynet which forced a younger John into Allison's desparate life after JD.

An exhausted Allison pleads John to give her some rest. John knows that they are still in danger but nonetheless creeps with her in a big hole in the tunnel's wall. They sit down on the ground. For minutes only their breathing can be heard. John looks at Allison leaning at the wall with her tired eyes almost closed. An unconfortable feeling of guilt reaches his mind. He feels responsible for what has happened to this innocent girl. He sees a sadness in her face which he saw before on another face of another girl, but it wasn't a real girl. It was a machine. And now a new version of this killing machine in a girl's body is hunting them. John hardly was able to rescue Allison but he knows that Skynet's new Cameron is still searching for them. He tries to escape this machine but something else in him doesn't want to run. He wants Allison to be save but an even deeper desire wants to hunt the hunter. He needs to get her and fight her down.

John puts his hand on Allison's shoulder to give her some comfort. She feels his hand and her thoughts go back to luckier times they have had in the resistance camp. John told a lot of stories of another girl he lost and that Allison reminds him of this girl. Allison is still with John and she trusts him. He will save her.

Allison listens to her own still heavy breathing. There is nothing else to hear except for John's calm breath. But then there is another sound from far away somewhere in the tunnels:

"John, where are you? We need to talk. I have to explain. John, please answer."

It is Allison's voice but it isn't her. The horror creepts back into her. She has heard the voice for month interrogating her - a machine's voice. First it tried to get anything about the Reese brothers out of her. But after she mentioned the name John Connor for the first time it seemed to be only interested in this boy. Now this boy tries to pull her up again. She does not want to move any more. She no longer wants to run. She is ready to wait for her end. But John pulls and begs.

Slowly John and Allison move again through the tunnel away from the machine's voice. They reach another tunnel and turn into it. Some light reaches the ground through little holes in its roof. They reach another corner, stumble across stones and Allison almost falls but John does not let her. He pulls her up again and looks forward to discover the new tunnel. There she stands - around 15 meters in front of them. She slowly approaches. John is shocked and does no longer move at all. He just stares at her - Cameron, but not his Cameron.

She is only a few meters away, when she finally breaks the deadly silence:
"John Connor?"
No anser. She lifts the gun in her hand and targets John. The boy lets Allison sink to the ground and does nothing but stare at the gun pointing at his head. But nothing happens. Cameron is not pulling the trigger. She just stares at John and her left hand begins to twist. John manages to move again and slowly approaches her:
"You do not have to do this? This is not the right thing to do. I know you."
No anser and no reaction on Cameron's side - just big brown eyes watching him. John reaches her and suddenly he pulls a taser weapon out of his jacket and gives Cameron a high voltage shock in her head close to her chip. Her whole body twists and with a final "John...?" she falls.

As fast as possible John cuts her head open and pulls the chip out. Behind him he hears Allison:
"Kill it! Destroy it!"
He takes another chip out of a pocket in his jacket and puts it back into Cameron's port. Allison can't believe what she sees.
"What are you doing, John? This is crazy."
He lies:
"I know what I'm doing. Trust me. This is a different one. I have reprogrammed the chip. She will follow my commands."

Cameron activates again - back to life after John-Henry's body got destroyed. but John rescued her chip as he rescued her again. She sees John's questioning eyes looking into hers. First there is wondering in her eyes but then this is replace by disappointment.
"John? - This is not right. You shouldn't be here."
"But I am."
He reaches for her hand and pulls her upwards. She struggels and falls into John's arms.
"Hey? Everything alright? Are you ok?"
"I'm ok. I just need to adjust to this body. It is slightly different. It'll be ok."

She tries to stand on her legs without his help. She looks behind John and her sight reaches Allison who stares at both of them and cannot believe what she sees. First she just fears the machine, but finally anger reaches her mind. She begins to understand who this girl was, John has talked about so much. It wasn't a girl. It was metal. She feels cheated.
Cameron makes a few steps to reach Allison and looks down to her with wide open eyes:
"I know you."
With the idea of a smile in her face Cameron reaches out her hand for Allison.
"Come with us. We will save you. We will fix all these things."
