Design specifications:
Prototypes: First through Fourth Generation I-950

Physical appearance: Mid to late twenties, sandy-blond hair, light blue-gray eyes

Endoskeleton characteristics: Enhanced skeletal structure

Artificial Intelligence factors: Extreme. Implants allow perfect memory recall and analysis, digital storage of information.

Design mods from previous models:

  • Fifth generation I-950's contain the Chimera 3 neural net-organic interface chip allowing for increased data processing and storage.
  • Fifteen percent faster than fourth generation
  • Bone structure augmented with ceramide injections and coated with carbon fiber strands (leading to decreased bone marrow and white blood cell production which is augmented by an enhanced/modified spleen)
  • Enhanced body dispersed wireless systems gives Rachel the capability to link remotely to machines, computers, and electronics


Design flaws: Neural implant susceptible to EM.


Development history: Fifth generation I-950 cloned in 2021 and deployed in 2027.

  • Strength and durability comparable to T-500 series (3/4 the strength of a T-600)
