So there I was at midnight on the edge of my seat waiting for the previews to end so that the movie I've been waiting for, for two years came to my eyes finally! Midnight showing of Terminator Salvation that is right! Do I believe that we should boycott this movie to prove a point? No I don't, I think that if we boycott the movie, this would show that there is no longer a fanbase to this great franchise!

On to my review, now I have heard some of what the Crusader had to say, do I agree with him? Not fully. For instance he looked deeper into the films meaning and "soul" then I did. I saw a lot of shout outs to the original three movies, yes three. Though the shout outs to "Rise of the Machines" was little and only showed that, though we hate to admit it the movie existed at one point and we could not deny it.

Some of the shout outs, while John Connor was out on the road fixing that trap for the Mototerminator, he was listening to what was described in the prequel novel "From the Ashes." as his favorite song. Kate Connor in the novel had found the CD and gave it to him as a belated Christmas present. This song was also the same song that he listened to on his dirt bike during Terminator 2. Some of the other shout outs that I enjoyed were, Cyberdyne once again being the main cause and the USAF bought Cyberdyne. This would explain how CRS just happened to create Skynet in Terminator 3 which was just kind of left in the air. Kyle Reese saying "Come with me if you want to live." I think that is a huge deal in any Terminator movie but the fact that Reese said it was a much larger deal. If you think about it, it's his thing, it's how he gets people to follow him if he's going to save there butt. Which gives us more of a character to come to know, we only know very little of Kyle Reese with regards to the Sarah Connor Chronicles.
