He says "[there's a more shocking death coming up]" "[that even surprised me]"
1) Jesse is not a huge surprise, we knew she was bad news since the beginning of when she appeared.
2) Riley is no big surprise, we knew she was trouble and would get hurt sooner or later.
3) Sarah and John cannot die, the show would be over.
4) Cameron can die, but the show would definitely be over then. And they hinted at it too much with the suicide stuff.

That only leaves.... DEREK... He's human, he's not very smart (leaves cameron to fix tire??!!), and BAG is already looking for a new role in Body Politics on CBS, although he said it was "second priority to TSCC".

I don't have insider info, I am just throwing this random theory out there.
