Both James and Reyes arrived
at a door on an upper level of
those mall escalators,
indicating that they may have
been on-foot roofs of nearby
buildings to keep hidden
from patrol fakies.
Sometimes they appear there
on the ground just as fl-yer H-Ks
does at night, well, thinking it
is night, it seemed appropriate
to them. Both the men find
themselves in a refugee kind
of situation, unlike encountering
the soldier casualty back at
underground base just
few hours ago at May 2nd,
this crowd and injured was huge
and unprecedented, overwh-
elming at best. The place
was dark, only to count that
there was only 3 wire lights
in this whole place.
James went to one nearest man,
"What's going on, Private?"
'It hurts, it hurts! Red-Eyes
totally jumped us, they are
swarming big time in the
garage.'
"Oh yeah? What can we do?"
'I don't know, ask the guy over there,
taking care of the paperwork,
it looks like it's important, really.'
James nodded to him, but Reyes was
as wondered as sort of James was.
"Sir, what is this paperwork that
he was talking about?"
James replies, "Rest of Battalion
are preparing a cannon strike."
'What the--- what the hell for?'
"Umm, arrogantly trying to
take care of the economic
rally themselves, they want to
blow the place along with the
people there."
"Uhh, ****." Reyes hilt-ed.
Both were waking through
the crowd and a lot of
wounded men and women,
but most were women
medics taking care the
lot of them, all this packed
upon one high level of the
escalating chariot.
James continued saying
"I couldn't take any chance
of action to solve the
goddamn problem, and these
dumb guys are already coming
to make it worse."
"Well, while you're up forup, trying
to stop these 'dumb guys', I'll
chill out here, then.
Don't wanna bother ya."
Reyes suggest.
"Thanks." James was
just behind the guys
holding those papers
that has something
to do with the rally.
"WE'RE REPEATING
THIS MESSAGE,
MOVE TO YOUR EVAC
STATIONS NOW..."
A littered walkie talkie was
at a corner when Reyes
himself came down the
deactivated escalator
on a stairway which
had the huge stairs
between opposing
escalator ends.
Reyes went down
to the ground level,
apparently the garage
is just only a few doors
behind the ones
straight ahead of
him. As he did
heard of a certain someone
mentioning a swarm of red
lenses or something like
that in a way that someone said.
Well, Reyes finds himself again
at another spot where there is
a population of lied down,
bloodied people who are
screaming at the top
of their lungs out, as few are
seen coughing up, spraying
blood out of their mouths.
Reyes thought getting to
one of the guys who
are involved at the attack
in the garage specifically.
He may think he might
get some more action again.
In such a humorous kick,
of course. He sat down
with one guy hugging an
an arm of the table arm
that has a scarred painting
on the wall that was near.
Conspicuously that whole
painting had ripped wallpaper
letters saying "NO FATE".
"Hhhmm." Reyes squinted
at that piste, then he looked
down at the man again.
The man said "Ooohhh, ahhh,
err... --whaa----...-what do you
want?"
"Sorry, I want to know what's
the status on those bogies
in the garage." Reyes firmly
tell-ed him. The man clicked once,
then answered, "Oh, well, they're
all over really. Me and the others
couldn't hold the rush back."
The man looked pretty beaten
and banged up overall.
"Uhh, Is there anything
out there I can use to
hold them back for sure?"
The Guy nodded,
"There's one turret
that should be
working still.
One Guy was working
on it, nearly this close
to cap off the rest
of the fakies,
one creeper shot
his lung, then his
head, blood spilled
over the pavement
so I've heard." the man
quietly said. Reyes patted
the guy's shoulder and
nodded back, then he stood
up and walked away.
James was just coming
down an escalator in a
rush, getting to Reyes,
"You need to come with
me, Reyes!"
'To the garage, I know.
You're kind of, predictable.'
"Well, if that's a compliment,
you're gonna be running 20
obstacles again."
Reyes snickered at that.
James continued, "I've already
issued an evac order to those
guys at the rally, they're not
gonna stay put there much longer,
the stupid peoplebastards up here are
going away from the garage
to get to their cannon they
set up near the street of
the rally. So I've also called
a team, a rescue operation
to beat them to the rally
as fast as they can-"
'the only way to be sure
to make this happen is
kill the rest of the metal ********
in the garage over here, so the
team can get through here,
to beat the others to the
eco rally. Got it.'
"Hmm-mm, See, if you're
really trying to make a
compliment, I'm gonna
kick you out of the house."
James seemingly enjoy
insulting him, Reyes huffed
at that, "Where did I have
heard that before?
Boring Yoga?"
James started to walk
towards the direction
of the doors leading
to the garage.
Reyes started to
walk as well,
James insisted
"Yoga? It's my
favorite pastime.
Don't underestimate
the powers that be
of yoga."
'hmm-mmmm.'
They do come so near
the doors, but not so
entering the entrance yet.
James eagerly
stating his course,
"Getting ready, slick?"
Reyes disdained really,
'I don't care, I just don't
want to hear the news
saying those people
are killed by the dumb
guys here, right?'
"Yeah."
'uhh, well.
Your Team better
be here fast.'
Reyes and James
immediately pushed
the doors open in
a such raging matter
when walking ahead
to the where-about
of the garage,
becoming to upon what
they are facing with,
at the other side of
the battlefield...
