To find out what I am doing next go to: What will the future bring, now that Reunion is finished? I am in the planning stages for a sequel entitled: RESURRECTION, & finishing the revised edition of REUNION. I was working on my existing story WHAT ARE DREAMS? but that has hit a roadblock. If you'd like to help if only offering suggestions, I'm open to ideas so I can complete the story. I have a new story in the works called LAST MAN STANDING. All the headaches and successes are available on the provided link.
Other TSCC stories I've written:
~ Thanksgiving with the Connors ~ A one-shot featuring John, Sarah, Cameron and Derek celebrating their first Thanksgiving together. Complete
~ Valentine's Day ~ A one-shot taking place during Season 1. John and Cameron have their first Valentine's Day. Hints of romance and humor. Complete
~ What Are Dreams? ~ Started off Romance/Humor but changed to Romance/Drama with some humor as the story takes a dark turn. A short story taking a different turn on the final episodes of Season 2. You can discuss the story at: What Are Dreams Presently seeking help in completing this story.
~ Lonely ~ A modest Jameron micro-fic featuring John and Cameron inner thoughts before meeting each other on the first day of school in Red River Valley. I hope you like it.
The playlists were created as I drew inspiration for Reunion by listening to music. Most music is drawn from the Terminator films and TV series, but I found other songs from music artists and movie soundtracks that fit themes or scenes within my story. Some songs I found were just happy accidents as their titles or lyrics perfectly fit the chapter titles. I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I do.

FAVORITE TV SHOWS
"Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" - It will live forever, we will not forget you. I have never seen a show like this one that so draws you into the characters lives like this one has. I started watching it because I'm a Terminator fan, but I was just bowled over by the acting and the stories that added so many new dimensions to the characters that we thought we knew.
"Firefly" - Absolutely amazing. Like TSCC, I'm surprised FOX canceled it. What is wrong with that network?
"Lost" - great characters, strange plots, weird island, pretty girls, what's not to like? The ending. It kind of made everything that took place since the airliner crash superfluous and unnecessary and inconsequential to everything else. I was hoping for some more answers, but all I've got is one huge question mark. Not good for a series finale. A series finale is suppoossed to answer all remaining questions, not make you ask even more.
"Fringe" - can be a little strange or weird at times, but it is fascinating to watch. (Other than football the only show I'll watch on Fox.) Unfortunately, I found season's 2 ending rather obvious and even flat because of it. I could barely watch it. Season 3 ended much better, but seemed gimmicky. Season 4 is off to a rough start, but has finally found its ground.
"V" - The new series on ABC. I never saw the original in the early 80's but I've rather grown to like the new series. The characters are well played and the story lines are pretty good. Season 1 ended with a lot of questions to be answered which is good for a season finale. Season 2 was awesome with a OMG season finale. Unfortunately ABC decided to cancel this awesome sci-fi show.
"Doctor Who" - the classic series and the new series, I've recorded every available complete classic story from my PBS station that aired them. They only aired the first season of the new series, twice, but never continued with it. I've recently caught up to the end of Tennant's run as the Doctor. Though I'm glad to have the series back, I find the episodes played more for laughs, new villains are lackluster, and every once in a while they pull out the Daleks who are supposed to be dead. Time for some new villains worthy of the Doctor, he's resorted to making fun of them to the point they don't even appear threatening. Matt Smith is good as the Doctor but he's a little too cocky when confronting the enemy and the stories tend to be lacking in quality as the seasons progress.
"Stargate SG-1""Stargate Atlantis" "Stargate Universe" - I've seen every episode of all three series. Of the three, SG-1 is my favorite series of the franchise. Current writer's of sci-fi could learn a lot from watching this. I think the biggest lesson is not to take yourself too seriously. They had some fun with the series and weren't afraid to poke fun at themselves or at sci-fi in general. The characters were enjoyable and their relationships were good fun too. Thanks to my good friends SAM who bought me the box set of the series. I can never repay you, but someday I hope too. Thank you, Sam. SGA got an excellent launch from SG1 and went on to make its own niche. It had a nice rich mix of characters and interesting stories. The Wraith were interesting at first but quickly became cliched. SGU started off on its own and tried to set new ground and though I thought it did a marvellous job it just didn't find its niche. I though it took a more realistic view of the Universe without the cliched villains.
"Star Trek: The Next Generation" and "Star Trek: Deep Space 9" were my favorites in my teens and twenties. "Star Trek: TOS" was one of my favorites as child. I never got see Voyager or Enterprise, because by that time UPN was showing them exclusively.
"Last of the Summer Wine" written by Roy Clarke A nice gentle British comedy about a group of seniors enjoying a second trip through adolescence. If you can find it in your area, it is really worth watching.
"Big Bang Theory" - this is my favorite American sitcom. I laugh so hard I'm afraid of dying of oxygen starvation when its on.
FAVORITE FOODS
My mom's home made Lasagna. No one does it better.
Pizza - specifically my own. I just think it tastes better.
Barbecue chicken with a sweet tangy barbecue sauce
My mom's home made apple pie and pumpkin pie
My mom's home made cobblers: peach, apple, blackberry. Especially when served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Chinese Food from my favorite Chinese Restaurant. They make everything fresh. Nothing prepackaged and heated up like these Chinese buffet restaurants. This place is the real deal.
FAVORITE MOVIES
Serenity
All Star Trek films but for "Final Frontier" and "Insurrection" the jokiness in both kind of ruined both films and the plot of FF was lame.
All Star Wars films - "Revenge of the Sith" and "A New Hope" are my favorites.
Terminator 1 & 2 both fantastic films; T3 not bad, but could have been better. The farcical elements of Arnie's arrival were bad, the prolonged chase was bad. T3 could have been better without both. T4 What can I say that hasn't been said about it already? As a novel, it's pretty good, but it made for a bad movie. The focus was on the wrong characters. The movie did nothing to add to the mythology of Terminator. It was a waste of time and money by the studio. Time and money they could have put in TSCC.
The first three Indiana Jones movies. Lost Ark is the better of them.
The Jurassic Park Trilogy - I think the first and third are the better of the three.
A good rip roaring action film which is like a roller coaster ride - leaves you breathless at the end.
Any pleasant drama or comedy which is clever and good that isn't pushing some agenda.
Shhhh. Don't tell anyone, but I sometimes watch romantic comedies. Shhhh.

MORE ABOUT ME...
I joined this wiki because: It is another opportunity to meet people who like Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
The best word to describe me is: Quiet or private - but I enjoy the company of others. I also like friendly discussions and the exchange of ideas.
Interests: Reading, writing, walking, biking, computers, watching Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
My hero(es): My dad and my maternal uncle. They are both good men who worked hard despite adversity and raised a family.
My superpower is: Loyalty. To those who earn my friendship, I shall remain loyal.
If I could live anywhere, it would be: I'd like to live somewhere out west, where it is warm year round. I'm sick of the east coast. I might like to visit Los Angeles, California, and the surrounding area someday, but not live there. For some reason, that I don't understand, I have this desire to go to Iowa, but the winters are brutal so I wouldn't want to live there. I've heard it is 85F in Aruba year round and sunny. Sounds like my kind of place, but for hurricane season. Drat! There's always something, isn't there. :-)
My dream job(s): Despite being 43 and soon to be 44, I would love to switch careers and do something in the film industry, writing, directing.
What else you should know about me: Despite physical adversity, I am struggling to turn my life around. Start fresh and new.

Cameron wants to be more human.
Like Romeo and Juliet It is a love born for lost Two born of different worlds Thrust into a shared destiny
One a life that must never die One a life that may be sacrificed So that the other will not die To defeat the greatest threat to man
Oh! If that future may never come Then together they will be But life's destiny is chosen And that love may never be.

is so beautiful. I can't watch the above clip without crying. I must be getting soft. I never used to cry at emotional videos. Where's the tissues?
I have been able to upload music from another PC and I have corrected all playlists to match the lists on my Reunion page. I recommend opening the links in another tab.
